Hi.
I didn't have good time shopping with you guys.
Firstly You didn't have the chain.A call was made by your staff,but I was not available so my husband picked up and said I will tell my wife to call you back.
I ordered only 2 things key rings and chain.Iys very obvious if you don't have chain,why would I pay 110/- delivery charge for key rings of130/- ?
Next day without my call you delivered the parcel.
I didn't get proper response from your side.So I returned the key rings even to get my full refund.
Why should I pay for the delivery when it was made without my concent.?
Now they are saying they didn't get the key rings even.I am attaching the currier company bill and it's delivery status.
I got partial refund for the chain which was not available.I want full refund.
Hope to get solution from your side ASAP.
